Q. How Do I Send Emails Out To My Employees And Clients?

You can send mass e-mails out to your employees or clients by using the mass e-mailing feature.  To use this feature, do the following:

  • go to EMPLOYEES or CLIENTS from the main menu
  • click on E-MAIL
  • choose the employees or clients you want to send an e-mail to using the checkboxes
  • provides a subject and message
  • click on the SEND E-MAIL button

You can review your sent e-mails by navigating to the E-Mail History page.  You can access your e-mail history using the far right icon at the top of the page or using the main menu at EMPLOYEES > E-MAIL HISTORY or CLIENTS > E-MAIL HISTORY..
