Mass e-mails now come with a Reply to box, so you decide where replies land each time you send. The button that opens the status and chat page also has a new name, Chat With Us, and a spot that is in view the moment a booking opens.
Pick The Reply Address For Each Mass E-Mail
Open Communication, then Mass E-Mail, and choose who you are writing to. A Reply to box sits just above the subject line, filled in with your company e-mail. Leave it as it is and replies come to your company e-mail. Type a different address, such as the inbox of the person who handles your scheduling, and replies to that message go there instead.
Set For One Send, Never Saved
The address you type applies only to the message you are sending. Send several messages in a row and the box keeps your address until you leave the page. Open the page fresh and it starts from your company e-mail again, so a one-off change never becomes the default. If the address is not a valid e-mail, you are asked to correct it before anything goes out.
Chat With Us, Right Where You Need It
The button that opens the status and chat page now reads Chat With Us everywhere it appears, so the people you work with can see at a glance that it is the way to reach you. When you or anyone on your team opens a booking, the button sits at the top of the Participants tab, the tab that opens first. It opens the same page as always, with every conversation right where it was.
Your Company E-Mail On Every Message
When the SPF Setting under Settings is checked, Bizstim sends on your behalf from its own address, with your business name in the From field. Your company e-mail stays the reply address on every mass e-mail, unless you choose a different one in the Reply to box, and on every notice sent from the Cancellations page. The {EMAIL} shortcode fills in your company e-mail for every recipient.
The Reply to box is available wherever Mass E-Mail is, on the administrator and staff sides of your account.
