Bizstim now keeps birthdays in front of you. There is a birthday list you can run for any month of the year, and a new panel on your dashboard that shows who has a birthday today, this week and this month.
Run A Birthday List For Any Month
Open Birthdays from the left menu, choose a month, choose a status (Active, Prospect, Inactive or All) and press Filter. You get everyone with a birthday in that month, in date order from the 1st onward, along with the birthday itself, the age reached on that birthday, a phone number and an e-mail address.
Print It Or Take It With You
Print, Copy, CSV, Excel and PDF buttons sit above the list, so a month of birthdays can go straight to a card run, a call list or a spreadsheet. You can also choose which columns to include before you export.
Add A Date Of Birth Right From The List
Click any birthday in the list to set or change that date of birth on the spot. Where no date is on file the cell reads Add date of birth, so filling in a gap is a click and a date picker, with no need to open the full record.
See Who Has No Date Of Birth On File
Tick the box beneath the month selector and the list switches to everyone with no date of birth recorded at all. It is the quickest way to see what is missing, and with the date picker built into the list you can work straight down it and fill them in.
Upcoming Birthdays On Your Dashboard
Your dashboard has a new Upcoming Birthdays panel with three tabs: Today, Next 7 Days and Next 30 Days. Each tab carries a count, so one glance tells you whether anything is coming up. Names link straight to the record, and the gift icon in the panel heading opens the full birthday list.
Where To Switch It On
The page and the dashboard panel both appear when the Birthday Module is active. Go to Settings, then Module Control, and set Birthday Module to Active. The module also adds a date of birth field to your online booking and inquiry forms, so new records can arrive with the date already filled in.
Birthdays are available on the administrator and staff sides of your account.
