Creating online meetings just got easier. You can now map a location to Lessonspace or Pencil Spaces once, and from then on Bizstim selects the right meeting software for you whenever that location is chosen.
Map A Location Once
Open Calendar Settings and find the new Auto-Select By Location dropdown in the Lessonspace and Pencil Spaces sections. Choose the location that means online for your business, for example a location named "Online" or "Virtual Meeting", and save. Each meeting software can have its own location, and a location can auto-select only one meeting software. If you force a meeting software in your settings, that choice still wins.
Booking Picks It Up Automatically
On the add and edit pages, choosing a mapped location selects the meeting software for you. No extra clicks, no forgetting to switch the meeting on. Choosing an in-person location clears it back to "No online meeting", and a personal meeting link you typed yourself is always left alone.
Move Sessions Online In Bulk
The open sessions list has a new Move Online button beside Add PMI. Select as many sessions as you like, choose the location and the meeting software, and they are all moved in one step, with the online meeting rooms created for you. It works in reverse too: choose the in-person location and "No online meeting" to move them back.
Location mapping and bulk Move Online are available on the administrator and staff sides of your account.
