We are excited to announce the latest enhancements to the Bizstim software, aimed at improving user experience and functionality. These updates include significant changes to the timesheet module, reporting features, and other tools designed to streamline operations. Below is a summary of the key updates:
New Features and Enhancements
- Updated Timesheets for Practitioners and Staff:
- Scheduled timesheets now feature an amber, dashed border.
- Confirmed timesheets display a green, solid border.
- Salary Rate Adjustment:
Users can now change the annual or hourly salary rate within the timesheets module when scheduled or confirmed timesheets are active. The new rate will be applied when changing a timesheet from scheduled to confirmed.
- Reporting Module Updates:
The Practitioner Services Report and Client Services Report have been renamed to Payroll Report and Billing Report, respectively.
An option to list 5,000 and 10,000 records for each report has been added, accommodating larger datasets.
- SPF Setting Recommendation:
We highly recommend configuring the SPF Setting from your contact information page. This will enable emails to be sent from no-reply@bizstim.com with your business name in the FROM field, enhancing email deliverability.
- Sales Manager Word Translation:
A translation option has been added for the term "Sales Manager," allowing customization within the system.
- Practitioner Timeline Calendar Filter:
A new filter option enables users to filter available practitioners based on specific skills. AND/OR operators can be used to refine search results.
