Added
Rostering Option: Introduced a new rostering feature that allows you to add practitioners to sessions based on their availability and priority status. This includes a fully automated process to assign practitioners.
Geolocation-Based Assignment: Added the ability to assign practitioners to clients based on geolocation, including zipcode/postal code, city, state, or country. This feature can be accessed on the Active Clients List page.
Integration with Rostering: Integrated practitioner assignment within the new rostering feature. When using the add session form with rostering enabled, selecting an Automated Roster Assignment option will automatically assign practitioners and display their availability, provided client and practitioner address information is saved.
Removed
Service Report: Removed the service report from the reporting tool due to performance issues. Alternatives are available in the client services and practitioner services reports.
Changed
Attendance Tracking: Cancelled sessions will no longer generate an absent record for attendance. Only completed and missed sessions will be tracked.
Email SPF Setting Update: Updated the SPF setting for emails. When enabled, emails will now be sent from no-reply@bizstim.com with the business name included in the FROM field, improving user recognition of the sender. AI is increasingly being utilized on both outbound and inbound mailing platforms, leading to a rise in false positives. To enhance your email deliverability, we strongly recommend enabling our SPF settings and allowing Bizstim to send emails from our designated address. This adjustment will significantly improve your chances of successful email delivery. You can review this setting at: SETTINGS > SETTINGS > The SPF SETTING is on the right-panel of the page.
Sincerely,
The Bizstim Team
