We are excited to share with you two new features that have recently been added to our platform:
Missed Session Notification Alerts
Previously, the missed session notification alert system allowed you to set a policy based on a number of missed sessions within a given time period, triggering an alert to be sent to an administrator or staff member. The alert email was fixed and could not be edited, and a to-do and note were added for the sales manager.
We have now increased the flexibility of this feature, providing you with more options to better reflect your business and its workflow processes. The notable new options include:
- The ability to customize the notification email template, which can be found in the notifications area under Session Notifications.
- The option to automatically send the missed notification alert to an agent, parent, or district, rather than a member of your team. This can be particularly useful if you are contracted by a school or school district that expects attendance compliance and alerts when their students do not attend a session.
- The capability to define a specific email address to which the missed notification alert should be sent, allowing you to create a dedicated email for these alerts.
We would like to extend our gratitude to EmpowerEd Education for their valuable suggestions that contributed to these enhancements.

Payment Processing of Invoices Alternative
Introducing our newest feature, Quick Pay, which offers an anonymous Stripe payment option for invoices.
Instead of directing your clients to the login page, where they would need to enter their username and password and navigate to the payment page, Quick Pay provides a link in the invoice email that leads to an encrypted page. On this page, clients can enter their credit card details and make the payment without the need to remember their login credentials or be granted access to the platform.
This streamlined process makes it easier for your clients to pay their invoices, as all they need to do is review the invoice, enter their credit card information, and press the "Pay" button.

If you would like to use Quick Pay navigate to your Stripe settings page and select, "Quick Pay," found under the heading: "Pay Button Destination?"

Make sure you add the Quick Pay shortcode to your pending invoice and overdue invoice templates.

These changes are available to all users as of today's software update. If you have any questions, please contact support at mail@bizstim.com.
Sincerely,
The Bizstim Team
