Added Features and Improvements
- Collate totals by practitioner for tutor services report
- Collate by service for the client services report
- Add clients to group sessions quickly by tag(s) assigned
- Added a group report for all participants in a group session. AI Helper is available here too
- Added a report button to the groups session view page for admin, staff, practitioners and clients. There is a BACK button that will return you to the group session view page
Session Management Updates
The session management logic has been updated to align the handling of individual sessions with that of group sessions. Effective immediately, if a student's scheduled session is cancelled, they will be marked as absent in the system.
This revised policy will be applied consistently across all sessions going forward from this point in time.
Inactive Account Management
When a client or student account is marked as "INACTIVE" in the system, the email and text reminder permissions will be automatically turned off for that account. This change will apply to all inactive accounts moving forward.
However, it's important to note that when an inactive account is reactivated, the email and text reminder permissions will need to be manually re-enabled. This will ensure that the client or student receives the appropriate communications once their account status is changed back to "ACTIVE."
This approach provides a more user-friendly experience by automatically disabling unnecessary notifications for inactive accounts, while still allowing administrators to selectively re-enable those features when needed.
Additional Improvements
- Added additional options for 3D Secure cards
- Added additional feedback to the client import tool. When a client record has an issue, when possible, the system will list their name and the issue.
