We have released Phase 1 for our new on-demand service. Phase 1 is open to Trial and Enterprise accounts only.
The on-demand service allows businesses to offer services at specific times during the day. Clients fill out a request form. Practitioners (teachers or tutors) see the requests in real-time and accept the requests.
When a request is accepted both parties are redirected to a Lessonspace meeting. Lessonspace is our solution for online meetings and white-boarding. These meetings can be recorded and reviewed at any time.
At the conclusion of the online meeting the client is asked to review the service and practitioner. The practitioner is redirected to a session complete page where a report can be generated.
The on-demand service comes with an exhaustive suite of reporting tools. If the business is providing the service to 3rd party institutions like school districts reports can be generated for specific schools and billing is extracted away from the client’s account towards the 3rd party.
To enable the on-demand service go to SESSIONS from the main menu and select ON-DEMAND. Next, click in the SETTINGS link located within the sub-menu bar.
