The following updates were recently added to the software:
- added the ability to issue refunds for Stripe transactions from within the software. You may not issue refunds that are greater than the transaction amount but you can issue partial refunds. This is charge and payment intent aware for legacy accounts
- added scrollbar for skill list when viewing the practitioner pairing geocoding list
-
added a check-in and check-out feature for businesses with a front-desk. A full screen option is provided if you choose to use a small screen or tablet which is helpful if clients are allowed to monitor their own in's and out's

-
added an option to add or remove clients from recurring group sessions, excluding courses. This overcomes some of the limitations caused by our Hard and Soft Edits. You find this option within the group session
EDITpage.
- when a payment is edited it will display the edit page after submission instead of redirecting to the payments list
- the package payments notification alert will now send an email to the administrator if the remaining package credit is less than $100.00. This should give you extra time to upsell your clients when payment packages or tiered services are used
- when viewing or editing expenses from the expenses module, a new browser window will open. This prevents the date interval selected on the expenses list from resetting. This should be a quality of operation change for users
- fixed: when a client canceled from a recurring group session, the session is now flagged with having an edit. This impacts the SOFT EDIT feature. SOFT EDIT will not change previously updated sessions of this type
- fixed: when deleting a recurring expense schedule an error was thrown saying the record does not exist. The incorrect ID was being queried. You can now delete recurring expense schedules without issue
