We’ve added the ability to issue refunds for Stripe transactions from within the software. You may not issue refunds that are greater than the transaction amount but you can issue partial refunds. This is charge and payment intent aware for legacy accounts. That’s pretty cool, right!
To issue a refund go to the payment edit page and click on the Refund button. We’ll communicate the refund with Stripe for you and the payment amount will be automatically adjusted. Don’t worry, a descriptive note will be added too.
