This is the early August update to the software. You're going to love some of these changes. Thank you Eric, Belvinder and Juli for the great suggestions! It's client feedback like this that's made Bizstim so special.
The changes are as follows:
- for the online booking tool the skills listed for filtering practitioners now reflects the service's assigned skills and NOT all skills!
- for the online booking tool agents/parents can now use their username and password when using the single session and group session booking form. The agent/parent will be asked to select an assigned client before proceeding
- the add payment icon was removed from the unpaid invoices hamburger options list. This was leading to confusion around the client's account balance and invoices. Adding payments do not change the status of an invoice unless the option is provided to check
- the system automatically "maps" the phone number to the mobile number when using the inquiry form. This is the inquiry form from the white labeled, branded pages
- we added additional logic for selecting assigned practitioners first when a client sends an on-demand request. If no "favorites" or assigned practitioners are set all waiting practitioners are shown the on-demand request
- for tiered service groups, when a client purchases a package deal from the online booking tool, the packages are now listed based on their hours rather than their cost. This allows businesses to use the same base price and still have the packages listed by hierarchy
- a scrollbar will appear when a practitioner has many assigned subjects and the client is looking at the list of practitioners on the online booking page (single booking)
- the mass e-mail tool now remembers the page number you were on after an e-mail batch is sent. It will not longer reset itself to page 1
- the mass e-mail tool now allows a maximum of 50 e-mails to be sent in a single batch. This number represents an increase from 25 to 50. Please keep in mind this number of e-mails could result in throttling by destination servers
- added a total hours and total amount column to the Tutor Services report within the reporting module
- added a client summary to "Services By Agent" report. The report now itemizes a summary of hours and amount for each client and then itemizes a summary of sessions for the given date interval

Sincerely,
The Bizstim Team
