Bizstim has a new calendar. It is a full rebuild of the monthly calendar on a modern engine, it opens instantly, and it lets you add, edit, complete and delete sessions without ever leaving the page. It sits alongside the calendar you already know, and switching between the two is one button.
It Opens On The Month, Immediately
The old calendar shows you a summary screen first and asks you to pick a month before it loads anything. The new one skips that. You land on the current month with your sessions already drawn. Behind the scenes it asks the server for a fraction of the data the old calendar needed for the same month, so the grid is on screen in a fraction of the time. Your month statistics have not gone anywhere: they moved to a pie-chart button in the calendar header, so the numbers are one click away instead of standing between you and your schedule.

Add, Edit, Complete And Delete Without Leaving The Calendar
Click an empty day and the add-session page opens in a panel on top of the calendar. Fill it in, submit, close the panel, and the session is in the cell behind you. The same is true for viewing, editing and completing a session: every one of those pages now opens over the month instead of navigating you away from it, and you never lose your place, your filters or your month. Drag a session to another day or another time and it saves where you drop it. Closures, messages, notes and breaks still drag onto the calendar as chips, and copy, delete and confirmation are all on the session popup.

Everything You Already Use Came With It
This is a rebuild, not a reduced version. Month statistics, revenue forecasting, the audit log, recovering deleted sessions, practitioner availability shading, your saved location and service filters, the status filter, cell colors including the service colors added last month, week and day views, and dark mode are all here and all work the way you expect. Two things still live on the classic calendar: the Resources view, which the new calendar links you to directly, and the practitioner and client calendars, which are unchanged for now.

One Clean Line Per Session
Monthly cells are deliberately simpler. Each session shows its status icon and one line of text, so a busy day stays readable instead of turning into a wall of stacked detail. The start time, the service and the list of people in the session are all on the popup that opens when you click the session, along with View, Edit, Complete, Copy, Delete and the confirmation toggle. The status icon still renders first in every cell, exactly as it does today, so a canceled or missed session is never hidden.
There is also a new setting to go with this. Under Cell Colors in the calendar sidebar you will find Cell Text, which decides what that one line says: the session title or the service name. Like Cell Colors, it applies to everyone in your company and asks you to confirm before it saves.
Turning It On And Switching Back
The new calendar is opt in and the choice is yours alone; turning it on does not change what anyone else in your company sees. Open your calendar and click the New Calendar button in the header. To go back, click Classic Calendar in the same place on the new one. You can move between them as often as you like, and your filter selections follow you across. It is available on the administrator and staff sides.
