The time zone update conducted on May 2nd 2021 was launched successfully. This update allowed for user specific time zones; users see session times in their time zone. For example, if a 12:00 am EDT session start time is added that same session will show a 9:00 am PDT session start time for any user with Pacific Daylight Time.
If you do not have users in different time zones the software will appear to operate in the same way it did before the update. You may notice time zones added to session reminders and/or text reminders.
There were a number of other feature additions and fixes. Here is a list of add-ons and fixes:
- user specific time zones (for all user types)

- new pre-scheduling tool added (v1 removed. Custom schedules aware)

- added staff ability to reset and upload headshot
- added inactive client e-mail notification (thanks for choosing our services e-mail)
- added inactive client e-mail notification template (use the default template or create your own)
- fixed: login error when a client attempted to add a session from the online booking tool
- fixed: add session from online booking tool upon account creation (create account method)
- fixed: practitioner can edit a break or a note from the calendar
