We've added a number of online meeting integration and a number of other feature improvements and fixes.
Here is a list of integrations:
- Add Zoom link and password to sessions
- Add Skype link and password to sessions
- Add Microsoft Teams link and password to sessions
- Add Google Classroom invitation and password to sessions
- New built in URL shortener for links. You can send the link with text message reminders and not take up too many characters
- Meeting links can be added to e-mail reminders (automated process)
- Meetings links can be added to text message reminders (automated process)
A list of additions and fixes include:
- Added a "Select All" option for all user types when sending a custom text message
- You can send an attachment when using the mass e-mail for all user types
- A password set and not set indicator for all user types viewable from edit and view pages
- Fixed text message from session view page. The default message was used when a custom message was set
