The Sales Manager picked up a set of upgrades: it now remembers how you work, shows the fields your business cares about, and brings text messaging into the same view.
Your Filters, Remembered
The Sales Manager now remembers your funnel tier, status, state, and tag selections, and redraws your list automatically the next time you open the page. No more re-selecting the same filters on every visit. Your column choices and sort order are saved too, so if you like an oldest-first pipeline with the start date showing, it stays that way.
Show Your Custom Fields As Columns
Any client custom field can now appear as a read-only column in the Sales Manager list. When creating or editing a custom field, tick the new Sales Manager Column checkbox and that field shows beside your clients, in the order you arranged your fields. The new columns are included in your CSV, Excel, PDF, copy, and print exports, and you can show or hide them any time with the Columns button. Perfect for the details unique to your business, like program type, level, or intake preferences.
SMS History For Every Client
Open any client from the Sales Manager and you will find a new SMS tab beside Notes, Todos, Quotes, and Tags. It lists every text message sent to that client's mobile number, newest first, with the date, the full message, delivery status, and a search box for finding a past conversation fast. A new Send SMS link on the Sales Manager pages opens the custom messaging page, so sending a text is never more than one click away.
Text Messages Up To 1,000 Characters
The 136-character cap on text messages has been lifted. Custom messages and your default SMS templates now accept up to 1,000 characters, so appointment details, directions, and reminders no longer need to be squeezed or split by hand. Messages are billed per 136-character SMS segment, so a longer message simply uses more segments.
