We have added note bookmarks to the Sales Manager.
You can now bookmark important notes by clicking the star icon beside any note in the Notes tab. Bookmarks are shared across your account, so a note starred by one team member is starred for everyone. Both administrators and staff members can use this feature.
We also added a Bookmarked button above the notes list. Click it to view only your bookmarked notes, and click it again to return to the full list. This keeps key information about a lead one click away, no matter how long the note history grows.
