Enhanced the system's notification capabilities for administrators regarding client username recovery. Administrators will now receive email notifications if clients attempt to recover their username without having login credentials. These notifications will be sent to administrators who are set to receive system notifications. Additionally, the system will create a to-do item, generate a sales manager note, and pin the to-do item to their dashboards.
This new feature greatly assists in managing client access to the software. In cases where administrators may have forgotten to provide login credentials, clients can now easily notify them of their inability to login. The feature is automatically activated when a client uses the 'Forgot Credentials' page to recover their username.
