We are pleased to announce the recent additions to our software, which include the following features:
- Introduction of the "CLEAN AUDIT" button in the conflict center: This feature allows you to perform an audit of your session conflicts and eliminates any false positives. It is particularly useful as conflict checking had to be temporarily disabled during bulk session deletion.
- Implementation of offline "CLEAN AUDIT" processing: This feature automatically conducts a comprehensive check of all business accounts once a day to ensure that any orphaned conflicts are promptly removed from the conflict center. This helps maintain data integrity and accuracy.
- Inclusion of anecdotal (text) records in the session export tool: With this enhancement, you now have the ability to display a report column in the session export and include any text records associated with the sessions. For group sessions, all reports for each client are consolidated, providing valuable insights. The exported data includes the client name, the question's label, and the written report.
- Enhanced handling of zero-cost or zero-wage sessions: To streamline the account statements for clients and practitioners, the software now avoids generating $0.00 records when a session has no associated cost or wage. Consequently, the system no longer displays a duration for sessions without any cost or wage applied, eliminating unnecessary clutter.
These new features are designed to enhance the functionality and usability of our software, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our valued users.
