- On-Demand "CONNECT NOW!" Button for Instant Access to Lessonspace: We understand the importance of quick and convenient access to on-demand services. To facilitate this, we have introduced a dedicated "CONNECT NOW!" button on the on-demand page. This button enables clients to effortlessly join their scheduled Lessonspace meetings directly through the on-demand feature. Whether a client's browser supports automatic redirects or not, they can simply click the "CONNECT NOW!" button to instantly enter their lesson.
- On-Demand Practitioner Monitoring Page for Enhanced Management: To enhance management and oversight of our on-demand feature, we have developed a comprehensive practitioner monitoring page. This feature is specifically designed for admin and staff users, providing real-time visibility into the on-demand request process. Users can now easily track practitioners who are awaiting acceptance of on-demand requests, identify practitioners with access to the feature, and monitor those currently engaged in lessons. The monitoring page also displays essential information, such as practitioners' connection time and their current 5-star rating based on client reviews. This valuable tool enables efficient evaluation and resource allocation for on-demand services.
