There will be a significant update to the software on Sunday October 14 at approximately 12:00 noon EST. We expect the update to take 2 hours. During this time, the software will not be available and you will not be permitted to log in.
Here are the highlights of the update:
- added text messaging options for Trial and Enterprise Plans
- automated/manual session reminders
- automated/manual invoice pending and overdue alerts
- automated/manual task/request alerts
- main navigation reorganization (added a communications tab. Combined Mass E-mail, Text Messaging, and Tasks/Requests)
- minor user experience (UX) tweeks
- API documentation updated to reflect the addition of text phone numbers
