Due to changes in the regulatory landscape for SMS text messaging we are shutting down the Bizstim SMS Gateway as of September 15, 2023. The changes that are being made are from the telecom providers in the USA. They have increased the cost of SMS as well as added barriers to entry for existing businesses.
In the past month we've noticed a considerable decrease in the deliverability of SMS messages. This reduction in deliverability means we cannot continue to guarantee an acceptable level of service for our clients. As such, we cannot continue to provide a service that does not meet our standard of quality.
You are encouraged to switch to one of our other 3 SMS providers. At this time we are recommending ClickSend.
To use ClickSend do the following:
- click on the provided link above
- sign-up for an account
- go to
SETTINGS > SETTINGS > SYSTEM > TEXT MESSAGING - cut and paste the username and API key from ClickSend in the appropriate fields
- click on SUBMIT CLICKSEND SETTINGS
