We've added custom templates to the mass e-mail tool for all user types.
You can add your own e-mail templates and then select them at a later date. Inversely, if you crafted the perfect e-mail and you would like to save it for later, you can save the e-mail with a single button click.
You can find the mass e-mail tool at: COMMUNICATION > MASS E-MAIL
From left to right here are your options:
- refresh/clear the editor's subject and message areas
- add an e-mail template
- edit or delete existing e-mail templates
- list of available templates for selection
- the SAVE TEMPLATE button at the bottom of the image will save the subject and message within the editor. This is handy if you didn't think to make a template until you wrote the e-mail.
