The following features are available:
- added batch invoices feature that is much like automated invoicing and billing but allows the user to define the date interval and perform the invoicing actions while present. You can find this feature at:
ACCOUNTING > ACCOUNT METHODS > INVOICES (main menu) > BATCH INVOICES (sub-menu bar). This allows you to create many invoices at once. The manual invoice creation is still present and remains unaffected. - added the ability for individual plans to see their e-mail history without accessing other features in the mass e-mail tool
- added Phone To Mobile option on the active practitioners list page. You can map the primary or secondary phone number field to the mobile phone number field in a batch.
- added Phone To Mobile option on the active clients list page. You can map the primary or secondary phone number field to the mobile phone number field in a batch.
- added Phone To Mobile option on the active staff list page. You can map the primary or secondary phone number field to the mobile phone number field in a batch.
- Email SPF policy update is required for our new server. Please add the following to your SPF policy before the "-all" flag:

If you haven't read the previous update, the software will be down for upgrades on Friday March 24, 2023 at 12:00 noon EST for approximately 4 hours. During this time the software will not be available. This upgrade is expected to improve performance and have a positive impact on the user's experience.
